Like in any journey, success is often based on preparation, understanding your destination, alignment with your fellow travelers, and taking that first step forward.
We developed Pathway Design because we felt that strategy isn't just for company leadership but instead should be integrated throughout the organization. By applying a human-centered & strategic approach to this process, we take some of the best learnings and methods developed over the past 50 years and apply them tactically to day-to-day business needs.

01. Discover & Design
We align on what you’re looking to accomplish, who’s impacted by this, conduct interviews and/or surveys and review applicable research/trends before designing your session. This ensures the we make the most out of our time together and that you receive what you need to be successful.
Session
02. Reflect
To start each session, we reflect on where we are today. We consider challenges we currently face, things that might be holding us back, and what we currently have available to us. This sets the foundation for our session and ensures everyone is on the same page.
03. Envision
Next, we consider where we want to be in the future and why. This helps us set an aligned end point that we can work towards together.
04. Plan
Lastly, we chart our Pathway that will help us move from where we are today to where we want to be. Using a mix of activities and methods, we gather ideas and information that will help your teams create detailed action plans, roadmaps, and more.
Action
05. Move Forward
After the session is over, our team will provide “The Guide” which captures everything your team accomplished and aligned on during the session and recommendations for your path forward. This gives you practical and actionable information for you to build on.
